What Happens After You Get In Touch
Someone reads the form. Not an auto-responder queue — one of the people who would actually be on your project. We aim to come back the same working day, and if the enquiry needs a site visit to answer properly, we will say so rather than guess at a number over email.
The first visit is a walkthrough. We look at drainage, sun, soil, access and what is already growing, then talk through what the property can realistically support. That conversation is free, and it is where most projects get their scope. Only after it do we put a written estimate together.
Two Offices, One Team
We answer a Naples number and a Miami number because we work both coasts. Collier County calls reach the Naples line on (239) 776-4336; Miami-Dade and Broward reach (305) 609-0565. Either way the work is delivered by the same certified crews. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and we are closed Sunday.
Before you write, it can help to know which service you are asking about. Most enquiries land in one of a few places: landscaping services, pond construction, fountain design and construction or waterfall construction. If the property already has a water feature that has stopped behaving, the pond maintenance and fountain maintenance pages are the right starting point. Not sure which city page covers you? Check the service areas.
